40 other states are considering the same lawsuit. Before you point fingers....or put them somewhere.....do your research. Also...look at how many Democrats voted AGAINST this bill.

This bill barely passed. By a margin of 5 votes this passed. This is a very flawed piece of legislation doesn't even come close to fixing any of the problems we have with our healthcare system.

OMG......Read honey....read. This piece of **** legislation barely passed. By 5 whole votes it passed. This should show how flawed this bill really is. I'm all for healthcare reform. Do I think forcing people to buy insurance is it??? Absolutely not. Because everyone can't.

Paddy......The problem is this does not cover ALL the people. Read the legislation. This still leaves at least 23 millions some odd amount of people NOT covered. True this number does include illegal immgrants but this also includes average Joe Q.

By the way......all the people on here placing blame on the Republican party as the ones that are "whining" about this bill should remember that this monstrosity barely passed. The difference of 5 votes should be a huge indicator of how really flawed this piece of legislation is.

Sooooooooooo....what about the other 23 million some odd people that STILL won't have medical coverage under this plan??? Does this fix the problem??? NO.

I love that idea Brandi!!! If you choose to have an c-section....then you must cover the cost yourself. If it is medically necessary.....then insurance will pay.
